Your mail stays yours. You stay in control.

AI can change how you work. You also have good reasons not to trust it near your inbox. Deliberate is built to be the answer to both. Deliberate reads on your Mac and shows you why it did what it did. At first, nothing goes out without your yes. As you watch it work and correct it, you learn what it gets right, and you hand over the steps you trust. Automation is something you turn on, one step at a time. Your name is on every message, and it should never rest on a machine's guess. Every promise here is built into the product, not written into a policy.

Your mail stays yours

There is no Deliberate cloud reading your mail. On your Mac, the app keeps who wrote, when, the subject and the first lines of each email, plus short summaries and drafts it wrote. The full text of your mail is never saved. Your mailbox stays the record.

Sending is a human act

Nothing sends on a machine's judgment. You approve, a ten-second hold runs with a real Undo, and it goes out under your name.

The AI is your own

To read and draft, Deliberate sends the emails it is working on to Claude, under your own Claude account. It never sends your mail to us. We never resell AI access.

Every Google and Microsoft account you connect rolls into one view: one inbox, one calendar, one to-do board, one address book. Deliberate reads; it never moves in. Most of what it does works the same way every time. AI is kept for the parts that need language: reading a thread, drafting your reply.

It starts by digging out the threads that slipped, each one summarized and drafted. Then, as mail arrives through the day, each thread lands in one of four piles: Do · Plan · Handoff · Let go, where Let go means archived and off your plate. You're busy, and you just gave us a minute. I'll try to earn it.

Tell me if this sounds familiar. Your work lives in tens of apps, sometimes hundreds. To get anything done, you go to each one, find the work, figure out what it needs, and then, finally, do it. Modern work is deeply challenging, and the new AI tools mostly made it louder. More output than ever, and reviewing it all is somehow your job too. Getting through a normal day now takes heroics. It shouldn't.

I'll say the quiet part out loud. I have ADHD. The way most companies run, on interruptions and memory and crossed fingers, is hard on everyone. For a brain like mine it is brutal. We built Deliberate for ourselves first. If your head works like mine, this is for you. If it doesn't, it will still hand you your day back.

What do I need?

A Mac, a Google or Microsoft account (email and calendar), and your own Claude plan, Pro or Max. Claude reads the emails it works on, under your own account. Your mail never goes through our servers.

What about Slack, Teams, and the rest?

On the roadmap, with no dates promised. Today Deliberate covers Google and Microsoft email and calendars, and it covers them well. Chat tools come next.

Anything annoying I should know?

Yes. During alpha you'll reconnect your Google account once a week. It's one click, and it stops when we leave Google's testing mode. Microsoft accounts don't have this quirk.

Will it ever send on its own?

Not on its own judgment, ever. If you want a process to send without you, you'll turn that on yourself, one step at a time, after it has earned it. If you want an email autopilot on day one, this is the wrong product, on purpose.
